At N.Peal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury cashmere. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

  Secure Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all N.Peal tags attached, then place them back into the original protective packaging.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Apply the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your order to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your package to your nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a collection through our website to begin the transit process.
